Breitling introduced the Super Chronomat B01 44 in May 2021 as a new flagship line above the standard Chronomat B01 42 (AB0134). Reference EB0136251M1S1 in titanium rolled off the line alongside the steel version AB0136 and the two-tone variant UB0136. After years of downsizing to 42 millimeters, Breitling was returning to the original 44mm case size, a nod to the Chronomat of the 1980s worn by the aerobatic display teams of the era. Collectors also know the model as the "Super Chronomat Ti" or "SCB01 Titanium."
