From 1996 until around 2017, the Tank Française ran as an automatic Large model with the Caliber 049, an ETA 2892 base. Then the line vanished from Cartier's lineup entirely for about six years. The comeback landed in January 2023: Reference WSTA0067, known among collectors as the "Tank F Large" or "TF Large Acier," carries the line forward with a completely reworked movement.
