The Patek Philippe 5168G is the big sister of the 5167 — 42 millimeters in white gold instead of 40 millimeters in steel, fitted with Caliber 324 S C and a sapphire caseback through which the balance wheel remains visible. In the market it goes by several collector names: Jumbo, WG Jumbo or Aquanaut Jumbo, sometimes Big Aquanaut. The octagonal white gold bezel makes it visually unmistakable, and the textured dial with Arabic indices has earned it a dedicated buyer base that deliberately passes on the rose gold variant.
