The 326934 is the only Rolex Sky-Dweller offered in Oystersteel — making it the most price-accessible version of a reference that otherwise jumps straight into precious-metal territory. Three dial colors were available: white, blue, and black, all in sunburst finish with Chromalight luminous material. The blue is by far the most sought-after, which comes as little surprise for a steel sports reference holding its own against considerably more expensive Sky-Dweller siblings.
## 2021: The Jubilee Bracelet as a Turning Point
Until 2021, the 326934 was available exclusively on the Oyster bracelet (reference 72220). Rolex then introduced the Jubilee bracelet (62220) as a second option — across all three dial colors simultaneously. On the secondary market, that detail carries a tangible price premium: Jubilee examples command on average 8 to 12 percent more than comparable Oyster configurations. The white Ring Command bezel in 18-karat white gold remains identical across both variants. It is through that bezel that the annual calendar of calibre 9001 is set — the technical core that separates the 326934 from every other steel sports watch on the market.
## What the Successor 336934 Means for Buyers
The 326934 has been discontinued since 2023. Rolex replaced it with the 336934, powered by calibre 9002, which features a Chronergy escapement. The tell-tale sign of the new generation: two crowns between SWISS and MADE on the dial. Buyers actively seeking the 326934 are acquiring a well-proven calibre with solid parts availability — and depending on configuration, they are paying 15 to 25 percent less than for the current model.
