Daily market median prices — sorted by aggregated market value from eBay, Chronext, Watchfinder and further sources.
Which luxury watches hold their value? Which appreciate, which collapse? Every collector asks this question. At ChronoCheck we aggregate market data daily from nine independent sources — from eBay through Chronext to Watchfinder, complemented by more than 9,900 documented auction results from Phillips, Sotheby's, Christie's and Antiquorum. In total, more than 138,000 market prices feed into our database, which forms the foundation of this ranking.
The list below shows the 50 most valuable luxury watch references in our database — from the rare vintage classic to the current collector model. Each reference links to the detailed page with price trend, momentum score and ChronoPulse index.
Each day we form the trimmed-mean median from active sale offers and realized auction results. Outliers (both low and peak prices) are filtered out statistically. The result: a robust, market-near indicator price that reflects the actual selling dynamics — not the wishful price of individual sellers.
If you are considering buying, selling or valuing one of these watches, we provide the data basis. For especially high-value models we additionally recommend a professional authenticity check by certified experts — following the 55-point CPS-52 standard, with a recognized authenticity and valuation report.
