It replaces the older women's Datejust lines and establishes itself as the entry-level steel model with a fluted-bezel alternative. In the trade it circulates under two names — collectors know it as the "Lady-Datejust 26mm," while catalog copy calls it the "Ladies Datejust Steel." Both refer to the same watch.
